Veteran & First Responder Support Services
Specialized Treatment Program

YOU’VE PROTECTED US ALL.
NOW LET US SERVE YOU.

Substance Use Disorder Treatment

While alcohol and drug addiction can affect anyone, military and first responder communities are especially at risk for developing a substance use disorder. Through our specialized treatment program, individuals can recover from alcoholism and drug addiction, while building a solid foundation for lasting freedom.

Mental Health Treatment

Active military, Veterans, and first responders all face extreme stress both on duty and off. Long-lasting effects from these roles can include depression, anxiety, PTSD, and more. Our trauma-informed program meets the needs of this population completely, providing evidence-based treatment to assist individuals’ recovery.

PsychArmor Certified

Evidence-Based Individualized Care

Summit BHC created the Tactical Recovery program because few addiction and mental health centers are genuinely qualified in understanding and treating Veterans and first responders. Far too often, individuals in this population do not receive the level of treatment they deserve from people who understand the full impact of military service and other first responder roles.

GET THE SUPPORT YOU DESERVE

At Summit BHC, we believe that our Veterans, active military personnel, first responders, and their family members are the backbone of our country. We also understand the long-lasting effects that these roles can have on the people who have served us all. We are here for you and your family. Learn more today.

Our military and first responders have had a dramatic increase in post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, and addiction diagnoses in recent years. Far too often, this population does not receive the level of treatment they deserve from people who understand the full impact of military service and other first responder roles.

While substance use and mental health treatment options are available, many individuals are reluctant to seek help because they don’t think treatment providers will understand their unique experiences and needs. And, it’s true – few addiction and mental health centers are genuinely qualified in understanding and treating Veterans. That’s why we created the Tactical Recovery program.

Summit BHC has partnered with PsychArmor, a national nonprofit organization, to ensure every need of every client gets met. Our Tactical Recovery program provides a culturally-competent and trauma-informed environment, tailoring care for each individual using evidence-based practices proven to promote recovery among Veterans and first responders.
